Kit 1

The Rudolph Kit focuses on basic circuits and LEDs. The kit explores the ideas of open vs closed circuits as well as how electricity moves within this circuit to light up the LED. In a fun and creative way, explore the introduction to the basics of electric engineering!

The Wheel of Fortune explores the world of breadboards and motors. This kit expands on the previous kit and the idea of circuits. By making a more complex circuit, with the addition of a motor, students are able to learn how breadboards play a part in the process.

The Heart Card is a combination of arts & crafts with engineering. Utilizing conductive tape, students are able to make a card that lights up! Explore this unique view into design engineering!

The House focuses on how daily appliances, such as air conditioning, motion sensor lights, and automatic doors, work in a building. By utilizing microcontrollers and sensors, students are able to code their way into making a functioning house with automated features! Alongside learning the fundamentals of computer science, civil engineering, and electrical engineering, students also explore how smart technology can contribute to environmental sustainability. From optimizing energy use through motion-based lighting to programming efficient HVAC systems that reduce power consumption, this project highlights how automation can minimize a building’s carbon footprint and promote greener living. Dive into this exciting blend of innovation and eco-conscious engineering!
